Kristin Kolodziej is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner with over 16 years of experience in healthcare. Kristin is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a supportive, educational environment that empowers individuals to take control of their health. She brings a strong clinical background in medical-surgical, cardiac, and internal medicine care, combined with a passion for preventative health and patient education. She has also been a visiting professor when teaching for ASU, mentoring and training the next generation of nurses while fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on clinical skills.
An award-winning clinician, Kristin has received honors such as the DAISY Award and multiple Nurse Exemplar Awards for excellence in patient care and education. She is certified in ACLS, stroke care, and evidence-based practice, and is known for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to improving patient outcomes. Her focus is on preventative care, increasing access to healthcare, and serving her community with compassion and integrity.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, creating art, and the beauty that Northern Arizona has to offer. She has two misbehaving pugs and enjoys spending time with any and all animals.
